Return Conditions

1. Item Condition:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (except if defective on arrival).
  • Original tags and labels must still be attached.

2. Exceptions:

  • Custom-made or personalized items and sale items (unless noted) are not eligible for return.

3. Return Period:

  • Submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Process

1. Submit a Request:

  • Email info@lorvello.com or DM us on Instagram @lorvello.
  • Include your order number, reason for the return, and a photo if the item is damaged.

2. Prepare the Package:

  • Safely pack the item (original packaging preferred but not required).

3. Get a Return Label:

  • Once approved, we’ll send you a return label and instructions.
  • Return label costs will be deducted from your refund unless it’s our mistake.

4. Ship It Back:

  • Drop the package at your local postal point and keep the shipping receipt.

5. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we inspect the item.
